Blue Note Hawaii Presents Ashley Lilinoe

I am Ashley Lilinoe, also know as Ash.
Through the gift of music, I create melody with guitar, freedom through percussion, and sharing my voice and spirit with conscious lyrics that are written from a place of healing, rawness and play. A dear friend once described my musical experience as “that point in the universe where stillness, breath, and acoustic soul meets R&B jazz- where the sass and rawness of the blues is rooted in the heartbeat of a reggae and rhythmic foundation.”
I am born and raised on the island of O’ahu, Hawai’i. This allowed me to connect to a following that was naturally Aloha in it’s foundation; that Aloha spread through pacific regions and to heart’s around the world. With streaming millions of YouTube views, my videos and performances successfully gained attention from mainstream music avenues in the industry over the years. Though there has been a disconnect from the efforts of businessmen trying get an album out of me, that road blew to flames. The fire in my heart has always guided my power toward authenticity, and is now guiding me into my first album that will be released in 2020 which will be supported by my tribe and organically self-produced.
With that being said, at some point, I really had to make it clear to everyone and to the music business how I feel about becoming a “star,” I am rooted in Aloha ʻĀina and our Mother Earth is my everything. I will always choose to be a Organic plant-Based farmer and caretaker for this planet, for the animals. This is first and always first; so that I may thrive and assist my family through the process of deeply healing the body without fear and loving this planet, with mindfulness, innocence, with the wisdom of plants, with connecting to the loving heart and the conscious soul music that weaves a tapestry of it all. With the blessing of the Earth and our angelic ancestors, I am here to create a warm blanket of Aloha from my heart too yours.
