Job Description:    Primary responsibility is to oversee the achievement of monthly digital revenue goals through the sales of digital products and services.  Digital Sales Managers are responsible for maintaining a high level of digital sales activity for their market in the form of regular client/AE meetings.  They are to maintain accurate revenue forecast for digital revenue as well as attending regular digital client meetings with the account management team.  They are responsible for ongoing training of the sales team and personally maintaining a high level of expertise on current and emerging digital topics.  Digital Sales Managers will report to the VP of Digital Sales and Strategy as well as to the GM/LSM for their market of responsibility

 

Responsibilities:               *Timely & Accurate forecast on billing, forecast & meeting activity – due weekly

                                                 *Increase digital revenue to achieve monthly budget goals

                                                *30-40 client calls per month (service calls, new business calls, key account meetings, etc.)

                                                *Lead sales meetings to educate the staff on Digital changes, new tools, case studies.

                                                *Self-directed learning in all aspects of digital sales

                                                *Performing other related duties as may be assigned by the company

                                                *Assisting in the development of sales tools, presentation materials such as case studies, or other such vehicles deemed necessary by management.

 

Qualifications:                   *General understanding of the digital media landscape

                                                *Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service

                                                *Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

                                                *Experience with advertising services & have been responsible for generating work on behalf of clients

                                                *Strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills, organizational and communications skills (both written & oral) with attention to detail

                                                *Current experience in a similar position – preferred

                                                *Understanding of current digital advertising services including search marketing, website creation, display and video advertising

                                                *Proven ability to successfully handle multiple projects and meet critical deadlines

                                                *Must be able to attend & contribute to creative meetings and client sessions

                                                *Team player with a commitment to relationship-building, both internally & externally.

Position Description:

This position includes executing various on-site events and promotions, setting up sound systems, radio station tents, tables, hanging banners, and running interactive games with event goers. Position also requires assisting in developing and posting visually appealing marketing materials for website and social media marketing campaigns. Candidate will be required to work with the sales and programming departments to properly execute on-site and online promotions. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining station vehicles and aid in assigning talent for station appearances. .  This position reports to the Promotions Manager.

The ideal candidate possesses the following:

  • Prior promotions experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate
  • Computer Skills – All elements of Microsoft Office, web design and content management, Photoshop a plus
  • Graphic design and marketing experience a plus
  • An outgoing and personable demeanor
