Job Description: Switchboard – answer phones,
Assist winners, clients, entertainers & special guests. Clerical duties, run errands, mail/postage, billing, internet research, run reports, kitchen duties, assist General Manager, Sales Staff & HR/Office Manager.
Experience Needed: Multi phone line system
Type 55-60 WPM
Excellent written & verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook/Word, Power Point, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, SDS, Digital/Social Media
Preferred Applicant: Hard Worker with a great personality, good verbal,
Written communication and people skills. Detail oriented, organized and likes to multi-task. Copy writing a plus.
